Modular belts SYSTEM PLAST

Description

Modular belts SYSTEM PLAST

SYSTEM PLAST produces the wide range of modular belts with different pitch (from 12,7mm up to 63,5mm), with various types of surface and of any possible materials, which due to the variety of technical characteristics, can be used in various industries.

Among the main types of modular belts are following:
– straight running modular belts
– sideflexing modular belts
– belts with open and closed surface types
– belts with rubber inserts
– belts with LBP rollers
– belts with various accessories (sidewalls, flights, etc.)

SYSTEM PLAST modular belts can be produced from various materials, main of them acetal white, blue and grey colour (LFW, LFB, LFG), polypropylene (РР, PPW, PPG, PPLG) and modern polymer NGE (New Generation EVO).

The advantage of NGE material is that it includes a solid lubricant into its molecular structure, which makes it possible to use modular belts made from it without external lubrication. At the same time, besides the advantages provided by the lack of lubrication, the client receives an overall noise level reduction, reduced friction, the ability of operating at higher speeds and at higher temperatures (up to 120⁰С).

Except standard materials, there is the possibility of using special antistatic materials AS / POM-AS, high-temperature materials HT (for temperatures up to 140⁰ С), materials with increased wear resistance DK, electrically conductive POM-EC and fire-resistant materials PP-FR-EC.

SYSTEM PLAST produces straight running and side flexing modular belts of following series:
2120, 2122, 2121, 2123, 2124, 2190, 2250, 2253, 2251, 2252, 2500, 2508, 2630, 21220M, 2250FG, 2250TAB, 2260, 2251TAB, 2256FG, 2256C, 2351, 2351TAB, 2551, 2551TAB, 2451TAB, 2651TAB.
As an option on the belts of 2250 series can be installed transverse flights of various heights, with different pitch and layout.

In addition to various series, belts differ in surface types: Flat top (FT) – closed flat surface, Flush grid (FG) – partially open surface, Rubber inserts (VG) – with rubber inserts, LBP – surface with polymer rollers, Special Guide bar (GB) – surface with flights, Roller top (RT) – new modular belts are most adapted for product sorting.

For various applications, SYSTEM PLAST uses 3 types of pins in modular belts:

– PBT (used in the main quantity of belts from LFG, XPG, AS, DK materials)
– POM (polyacetal, most optimal with NGE belts)
– PP (used with polypropylene belts and has high resistance to temperature and chemical attack).
